30-Day Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our product. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at hello@orderdaemon.com.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page on our Website. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid term. Upon cancellation, your license will remain active and you will continue to receive updates and support until your subscription expires.
Effect of Subscription Expiration
If your subscription expires or is not renewed, your access to premium features, software updates, and support will be discontinued. The plugin will revert to a feature-limited state. If you were using premium features that allowed for multiple active rules, only the single rule with the highest priority will remain active, and it must only use components available in the free version.
